"Don't go to someone who's been cleaning carpets for two weeks," laughs April Bickart, co-owner of Absolutely Clean Carpets.  Bickart, who joined brother Ed Kubiak's cleaning business six years ago, knows enough about the subject to speak like an expert.

Absolutely Clean Carpets is a true family-run operation, with Bickart and Kubiak manning the vans that haul the 20 horsepower equipment.  Bickart's sons help out with the cleaning as well.  Because of the closeness of the workers to the clients, Bickart notes that Absolutely Clean's customer service is "very picky."

After the dirt, sand, and spilled drinks of summer vacation had made their way into the carpets and upholstery of your home, Absolutely Clean offers a full line of services to make your home spotless again.

Tile and grout cleaning, tile and carpet sales, hot water extraction cleaning, and restoration are all performed by the family in a timely manner.  Bickart relates "horror stories" she's heard of carpet cleaners frightening homeowners.  Her company's crisp look and friendly professionalism set them above their peers.

Bickart says that Absolutely Clean "isn't happy until your happy."  They offer a callback service if customers aren't happy with their services for any reason. "We generally don't have call-backs," she admits. 

Although residential carpet and upholstery cleaning are Absolutely Clean's most popular services, they also perform business carpet cleanings on a by-appointment basis.  Bickart and Kubiak travel anywhere in the Hillsborough or Pinellas areas, and operate from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with  emergency services on Sundays.
